On Wednesday, November 2nd, 2016, all grade 9 students across Canada, including students from STA, participated in the ‘Take Our Kids to Work’ program of The Learning Partnership organization. This event was an opportunity for grade 9 students to spend the day at the workplace of a person of their choice. On this day, students were able to examine different careers and gain a more advanced understanding of various job choices and their particular aspirations. Additionally, parents also benefited from this activity as they were granted the opportunity to spend an informative day with their child.
